i cant join the server

Hello guys, im new on this comunity and i want to play in this server but i cant join, when i try to join my game crash evrytime when i join what can i do?

if you're running a mac there is no solution to the issue,
if you are running windows:

• Check the integrity of cache
• Remove Addons Folder and restart
• Check for graphics updates for your card.
• If all fails, your system may be running out of memory.
