I tried with perpheads

So, the following is my goodbye, and hopefully it may awake some staff, or members of the community to this blind action taken on bias of previous player(s) offenses. Also, after being called an incompetent american about 20 times from the same people IC, on the server, while knowing damn well it is meant to be OOC insults, while theyre still used IC. No names will be given, besides possibly that of the moderator that banned me. But a moderator, ICly, insults me and tries getting me demoted from "Traffic officer" for patroling the farm when they had their windows boarded, and all act and gang up on me like I am a witch, or a pagan of some sort. They could've asked me to leave, but instead demand me get a supervisor, for misconduct as an officer for "Trespassing" Oh, isn't that cute? Supervisor comes, and then does absolutely nothing, cause he knows I simply was patroling and did nothing. He then tells the group he will talk with me, and take action at the PD. They all demand me in hand cuffs, demoted and arrested right then and there. So, the officer follows me half way back to the PD, and I perform a traffic stop on the way there and issue a warning to a driver for road markings and signage. All is fine, the superior drives away, and sees I am competent.

(Prepare for a long read fellas, this is only the beginning of my vein goodbye to this community)

I then wait at the PD, expecting the superior to speak to me, or say something. I wait there, and he doesn't call me, or request me once. He acted like it never even had happened. So obviously, I mustn't had been too incompetent right? I must've been being harassed on OOC issues with me, or because I was american? What is it? Is it because my playermodel is a colored male? No, seriously I wanna know, is it cause my name is Hasan Romero? Is that why I never get help from staff, and always get banned for ignorance of a rule I didn't even know existed? For taking initiative and trying to be creative by making my own private car repair company? Maybe a few hour ban could possibly be "acceptable" but still outright uncalled for. I was not even asked if I knew it was against the rules to do that. Anyway, let me post what I responded in OOC into my IA complaint defendant statement (I am also open to questions, and will respond to this post/pm if the questions are not disrespectful, or intended to offend in any way shape or form.)


(OOC NOTE: I am banned from the server, and also was removed from senior officer a year ago. The staff doesn’t care about it’s players on perpheads, because I broke a rule by being innovative, and got banned for 12 months for attempting to run a private tow company at morons. I wasn’t over charging, or doing anything excessive. I was simply doing the same thing as a tow truck driver would, but only at morons. It felt fun, and creative until an admin said I couldn’t do that, and banned me for a year for it. So yeah, here’s my statement to you who play at perpheads, and managed not to get banned for being so bored out of your mind. And I also feel better that I don’t play there anymore because every, little thing you do, you nervously hope and bite your nails that someone doesn’t post an AR when you don’t even know if you broke a damn rule.)



(OOC NOTE #2: He also banned me for having a 6 month ban on my record, and just coming back from one. So instead of asking if I knew it was against the rules, and trying to help me understand them, he instantly goes off bias, and bans me on recorded previous offenses. So, gg to Sofia Kennedy for making a complaint on me to IA cause I already have been banned, so I hope perpheads is a much, much better place without me, huh?)


With all that being said, thank you to the staff for banning me, and player base helping me realize I should not be worried about this community at all what so ever, and should spend my time into something that is actually productive, and will get me somewhere in life, rather than spend HOURS defending my self on forum posts, and in game, from COUNTLESS trolls, who like to troll you ("Within the rules") lol.



I have respect for very few, very very small amount of people in this community, but the staff have none of it for their lack of patience, and wanting and ready to ban people for the smallest offenses just to open a space in the server for their acquaintances.

I thought this was the last best gmod community, where rules were enforced, and the staff cares.
In the end I realize it's more of a free for all, in a rat race where people are waiting, biting their nails for you to accidentally break a rule, or slip up, so they can look forward to your 12 month ban from the server. ( And I bet, instead of positive, or any constructive criticism or pms, this post gets removed and I get banned for slander, or some other rule someone is waiting to pull out of their butt)

I am American, a Corporal in the server and I have the best time playing with everyone. The best thing I have done is read and understood the rules, make sure I know my laws, and then go roleplay. If you know what you are doing, you won't get banned. The staff on this server do not unjustly ban.

All I am saying here is that I know for a fact that no one I have met thus far has a bias against Americans. I am proud to be American and I am also proud to be a member of Perpheads, one of the best actual communities in Garry's Mod.

For one, lol.

For two, roadcrew cannot pick up anything that can be considered illegal, and saying I got into a shootout, is like saying I picked up a gun and started shooting.

For three, I was walking along the parking lot, la la la, minding my own business when literally out the flying fuck of no where 6 people came out with guns and started shooting, 3 from the puffer market, 3 from the bazaar, I get in my truck, and run over two people I trying to escape, and ran directly to the police station and made a police report, stating what I did and what happened and waited for police, if you really want a demo I can upload it.

For four, I was banned for 12 months, and that's not going off my record even if I were to be unbanned, which is why I don't appeal cause my reputation is already ruined and would be banned again over the simplest thing, rather than be talked to more thoroughly and asked if I even knew wtf I was doing.

I remember ya, (I think) anyway thanks for your wishes, and being respectful and stating your opinion in a mature way. I can't say I was most mature in my original post, but I surely let out my anger while at the same time not trying to break any forum rules. (slander, disrespect, etc.)

As I said, the staff is ready and eager to ban people, so more people can flow into the server.

Rather than take time, and attempt to educate me (and every player), they rather tell them what rules they've broke, and hand out ridiculously long ban sentences, to players who aren't even there to troll, but who are there to roleplay and find new ways to roleplay. Like me, which is what I tried doing, and got banned 12 months for.

It seems like to me, all you can really do is watch porn while growing weed and coke in your apartment, get raided, then spend all the money you made re-purchasing your guns at bazaar, repeating the process.

I'll say though, the real fun of it all was being able to play as a officer before the whitelisting. It was absolutely fantastic being able to jump right in the game, right in the car and patrol, and if you were being dumb or incompetent all it would take is a superior to get you off the force.

Back to the point, the admins ban too fast, don't take time with players, and you sit to play all day biting your nails that someone didn't post an AR on you when you know you accidentally did wrong, or don't even know if you did wrong !

If we all sat here and complained about the things that is wrong with PERPheads, Bolli would be without a job.

On a more serious note, PERPheads is a community which is filled with people who live different lives, and have different opinions - We might not all see these situations as the same, and because of this we blame bias; quite obviously bias does live within PERPheads and always has done. We're going to try back up our friends regardless of what they have done, but I know for a fact nearly all of the PERPheads staff members have put the hours in, have fairly conducted situations, have put their hard work into revising every single situation. You have to give them something for that.

I'm not saying the situation you were in was conducted correctly, I wasn't there - However you're sat here publicly quitting a community, me and you both know that you're most likely going to appeal and try get back into.

We all have our differences but "The staff doesn’t care about it’s players on perpheads" that isn't fair. Because they do, they've put more hours into this server than most people, they've spent their time administrating and offering their time voluntarily. You can't judge everyone around one situation, we're all a close community.

If you feel a staff member has been a dick, make a staff complaint.

Let me make one thing clear for you buddy-boy.

You weren't really banned so much for running a tow company. You were banned for running multiple people(Unarmed people, including me) over with your RC truck, because they posed a threat to you. You even claimed that one was carrying a knife, even though a knife isn't much of a threat when you're inside of your truck? It was in the middle of an active gunfight between cops and civilians, and you deem it preferable to risk your life by going on a nice massacre, instead of just noping the fuck out of there. You then started towing vehicles into your own private lot, which, in itself isn't super bad, just not really allowed. But you also towed vehicles without asking the police first. You just towed them because you felt like it.

The first time I met you, you were finishing off suspects as a SWAT officer, and you justified it by saying something along the lines of "I'm American". So don't cry because people use your nationality as an insult, when you use it yourself to justify your minging.

I was the Supervisor that was at the farm when you and the medic arrived with your lights on without being asked, I just simply asked you both to leave and the problem would have been solved, the people at farm were saying to arrest you, demote etc, however I felt that I did not need to over such a small law that I felt was not broken, the reason I said I would speak to you was that the people at farm would believe this and would drop the matter. I would have spoken to you, but you were on a traffic stop so I thought you were busy I won't disturb you. I'm not 100% sure if you were the RC I saw driving at the intersection when there was a shootout and you ran over a guy and so did the medic aswell when really you should have left the scene, but as I said i'm not sure it was you.

Firstly getting banned for this is YOUR FAULT. If you don't know about a rule then break it you obviously have not read the rules in the first place. This entire post seems like a grab for attention and from looking at what @Esteboon the Squatalot said, you seem to have missed out a few key details such as running multiple people over. Make a staff complaint if its that bad of a deal but it looks fine to me.

Poor record > Just run over several people as roadcrew > Attempts to justify it saying it was self defense or something > gets banned
