Seems valid for me, however the /me wasn't really specific what she tied. However he shouldn't have tried to kill them as if he managed to kill emma steve would've easily shot him.

As @JarredInator pointed out, Emma wasn't specific enough at all in her /me. For this /me to be taken into consideration, Emma should have specified what part of @TraxØGJ 's body she was tying.
