Increase avatar size to 200kb

Topic: 200kb avatars please



Short explanation (in notes):
50kb is nothing, seriously unless you are running chinesehost.gov or something a few KB will do nothing to the bandwidth usage.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
uhm all avatars are in the range of 200kb not 50kb.

cdn should be able to handle 200kb requests.

Also it's probably just down to bandwidth or the default Xenforo values.
Easy change however

It's the default, I was going to increase it but pretty much all images can be compressed down to this size with no trouble.
