less oil & fat doesn't count for panini's tho. I do agree on using airfryer for certain stuff you would otherwise put in the deepfryer.

A question, why do most people go for 180 as opposed to the default 200? I find 200 is a far superior temperature for the ultimate crisp and cooking efficiency.
