ive lost access to my old discord account (arn.#0665) can i have the discord server access transfered to my new discord?

basically my old discord account (arn.#0665) i no longer have access too and now i cant link my steam to my new account for the perp discord as it says its already linked. is there a way i can get a hand? my new discord is arn.#0348.
