I've always been convinced that this individual was some idiot who didn't know English and would never know the rules to an extent that a moderator of PH should and wouldn't be active as soon as he got the position but he's proved me wrong.
He's reasonably active and has been on when others haven't and I always see him actually moderating like he's supposed as opposed to pulling the "i'm rping card" which I really expected him to do. Seeing him first hand today, and countless of other times, has made me realize that he has changed since his Enforcer application/ Enforcer days some time ago.
