Why Should This Player Be Punished: After hitting my car at the roadcrew station and calling me a cunt, i wanted to pull him over. Jeffer decided to pull over at the hospital, and cooperated with me. Right as i was giving him a ticket, he decided to get in the car and drive off. He was getting 250 dollars for reckless driving and verbal abuse, and still, he decided it was a good idea to evade because of that.
Also, when confronted with it in OOC, he acknowledged what he had done, and was just completely ignoring the fact that he broke the rules. I made a /report about this, but it was never answered.
