Why were you banned/blacklisted: NSFW Content on forums, re-banned on comms because of this.
Why should this appeal be considered:
This is the 3rd appeal I've done, in comparison to most, I think the things I have been doing over the past 2 months to get unbanned has been shown off to the staff team but 1 comment overweighs all of that when I was in the heat of the moment on one occasion. I've (Since my last appeal) Done more RP types of situations like getting involved in making underground raves (Club ICE) and had CM and staff members attend and actually bring players to the raves. I haven't shown any sort of toxicity in an OOC context and there hasn't been any reason for me ever since I based my focus on casinos and RP. I've said this before and I say this now, I am not a toxic person in general and I've never been known to be toxic, only a minge sometimes and I'll give the people that one.
I feel that I have shown a lot more than most have to get unbanned from comms and I can safely say that many other players would agree on this too. I apologize for the NSFW posts prior to the comms ban introduction and I come back with another appeal because a lot of people have started messaging in LOOC or OOC to me while I've run my casino and its a rule break if I respond and it's impossible for me to respond to those kinds of things, during 2 months of asking I haven't had the ability to type in help chat which isn't a problem but can be a major problem for many other people sitting on a comms ban because how are they supposed to show reform if they can't do it in-game through RP or something like this in case they don't have the funds to do it, they'd pretty much have to sit a comms ban out which would defeat the purpose of reforming or showing how you've changed for the better. I've also taken the time myself to change the views on Mensa (Loli's prior) by helping the founder and owner with casino's and getting people in the org in check through getting into more legal business and encouraging less 'bullshit'.
