Reason: While having the job as Speed Enforcer, Larry Gibbons did, twice, in a span of less than 1 minute, park illegally (Side of the road, despite a parking lot within 100m), and run a red light (first thing in the video), then proceed to break law 1.2 by verbally abusing me. All of these break the rule 4.1, about all government officials having to follow the law.

I have niko's permission to write here, I was here when it happened and I have the right to post more evidence against this player to get him banned.

AS you can see, he is generally trashtalking over the radio. He also directly insulted me by saying shut the fuck up nigga calling me a bitch/cunt and so on when he was a SWAT. We worked this out in the office but I am not happy, therefore i am supporting niko with the ban request.
