Legalising weed

@Sneaky I haven't done the best job explaining my views I'm retarded. I DO NOT believe that government control would work or should happen. But what I was trying to say when I meant control is the following. Once you legalize a substance such as marijuana. Legal businesses will begin to open that can sell the product at a much lower price than what you would find elsewhere, this is for many reasons of which I will not go into, but I think it's pretty self-explanatory. The only form of federal control that should be put in place is a mandatory age restriction (Preferably 21 unless for medical use.) The government wouldn't need to strengthen any policies regarding controlled substances, because as I previously mentioned the influx of legal businesses will very drastically diminish the amount of "black market" stuff that is available.
