Let paramedics directly go in service as firefighters and viceversa

Description of the idea: Follow-up of this amazing, beautiful suggestion. Allow paramedics to go as paramedics to the firefighter station and "gear up" as them without having to go to the hospital to resign. Allow firefighters to do the same, so they can gear up as paramedics when needed. This means whenever there's a fire, a paramedic can hop up in their first responder vehicle and go to the firefighter station to change gear. Or firefighters can go in their first responder truck to the hospital and change gear when needed.

Why should this be added? (pros):
+ Simple and easy to do
+ Realistic (see for exemple SIAMU in Belgium, people who work as both firefighters and paramedics according to what is needed)
+ Paramedics and firefighters more available as a single person can now work as both faster
+ No more tedious resigning and walking between stations

What negatives could this have? (cons): [list of all bad aspects]
