Detailed Description: Right now there is no incentive to do good police RP. If you get a bonus for doing good tactics, chases, and other police...stuff.

- Support, there's a damn good reason to do good Police RP, which is if you do it right, you can apply for Supervisor, and you'll get access to Sergeant and Lieutenant, who make a lot more then normal officers.

This idea really adds nothing other then more money for cops, and they make enough in my opinion.
