Adding turn signals and speedometer to the test drive cars


Short explanation (in notes):
- Adding the turns light system to test cars
- Adding a speedometer to the test cars

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
I believe this should be added because, if you can't use your turn signals you might get in trouble with the cops.
Adding a speedometer to the test cars will help people when trying to decided which car to buy.

They should definitely become added. Let's say, youre testing a car. Have no signals and cant use the indicators. You become pulled over and when you step out the car is gone. Thats a big problem.
