Main Idea: Provide different textures for our standardised PerpHeads lightbar for different emergency vehicles.

Full description of the idea: As it says, provide certain skins for the standard PH lightbar model that not only include the police's blue and red, but also include white and red for the ambulance first responder, and yellow and red for the fire department first response vehicle.

Why should it be added?: Allows for quicker and easier distinction between services, and also provides a much more fluent and aesthetically pleasing view on the server's vehicles. It can also give bystanders and newbies a better understanding of what their lights will look like, and distinguish the vehicle from others when a player looks at the lightbar.

Pros:
+ Makes the lights fit the aesthetic better
+ Allows for easier distinction between EMS

Cons:
None I can think of right now, bar development work.
