Why Should This Player Be Punished: Found him trying to bait me for a reaction. As you can see he starts punching my car for no reason while I have a gun on my back trying to bait me to shoot him. Of course this is completely against the rules so I wouldn't but I found it very funny lmao. After this:

I decided I'll steal his car pmsl. Which he clearly noticed:

He then disconnected from the server by the time I had drove to the intersection while in a RP situation knowing his car would despawn breaking rule 3.20 this was within around 2 minutes of noticing me stealing his car.
