Suggestion Title: Casino Spin Wheel
Suggestion Description: The spin price for the casino wheel should be reduced in price, even to like 5k or 6k per spin.

Why should this be added?:
People who are new to the city don't have alot of money to start with so if the casino spin is not as expensive, it would give them the opportunity to win something valuable for less money.

What negatives could this have?:
More experienced players could become more addicted and spend more of their money on it.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: More spins for less; more affordable for all players.

8k seems like a fair price. Its annoying spending money and getting absolutely useless items. It would be nice to have the wheel updated with other valuable cars to win besides the ones currently available, and maybe something to replace salt that's more than just something to sell to buy a couple milk at most, like newspaper for example.

It’s reasonable considering the value of rewards you can get from the wheel (max. 10m from a Furai if it is on the podium and you decided to sell it)
