Lower duration of ban has NOT change for a friend!

Heya, im friend to this guy http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198115983949 And one of theese admin called loejseren http://steamcommunity.com/profiles/76561198082324735 accepted and said he would lower my friend ban to 2 weeks. And for some reason he has not change anything on my friend ban. Here the link where he said that was accepted. https://perpheads.com/threads/unban-request.3174/ And i just wonder if you just could lower the ban. I really don't understand why you admins says it accepted and will lower the duration of the ban when YOU HAVE NOT!
