Suggestion Title: Make Beer a seizable item
Suggestion Description: Make beer a seizable item under 12.13 Driving under the influence and similar laws.

It would make sense that alcohol is confiscated from players found to be drink driving as a direct asset to the crime. Furthermore players who are disorderly whilst drunk, or constantly drinking themselves unconscious with alcohol poisoning.

Why should this be added?:
- Law enforcement being able to enforce asset forfeiture on drinking related crimes and take better action against it.
- Entirely realistic and reasonable course of action to take against a drink driver or a drunkern disorderly person.
- Realistic to do if someone is drinking themselves unconscious.

What negatives could this have?:
- Cops seizing it when it wasnt used illegally.
- More power for cops

Law 12.13 Driving under the influence would need to be amended to add "asset forfeiture" to the punishment

I once drank a beer while on duty, my supervisor gave me a 10 year sentence.

Being serious though. This addition makes sense, there’s no reason cops should be carrying around alcohol.

well, empty bottles should also be seizable then, cuz those can be spam thrown at people, almost every day u get hit by an empty bottle, by a random dude across the street
