Suggestion Title: Make event items not drop
Suggestion Description: So as we know, some specific event items that are extremely prized like the Candy cane. Can somehow and for some very bad reason be dropped on death. This shouldn't be the case for any sort of seasonal/holiday item. I feel like they should completely remove the on death drop mechanic on every holiday item.

Why should this be added?:
- People can actually show certain event items without the fear of losing it
- QoL
- Huge improvement within community

What negatives could this have?:
- Literally zero

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Prized possesions being dropped when killed

Suggestion Title: Candy Cane changes
Suggestion Description: Three things:
- Remove candy canes dropping on death
- Remove candy canes doing damage (to balance them dropping on death)
- Move candy canes from secondary weapon category to holiday items

Why should this be added?:
- Candy cane owners can enjoy their candy canes without fear of losing it
- Candy canes can be more festive

What negatives could this have?:
- not that worth current dev time
- might mess up candy cane pvp event, though im sure you could make an identical candy cane that deals damage...

Brilliant suggestion tbh, the balloons & other Holiday items are like this already. Why not make the harry potter broom & candy cane like this as well. candy cane and broom are probably the rarest items I can think of holiday wise, couldn't imagine losing one of the two or both from being killed after spending 20 mil on that stuff.
