Suggestion Title: Make the interrogation rooms soundproof
Suggestion Description: Anyone that has tried to have a discussion in the interrogation rooms have been interrupted by some civilian going "I WANT BAKED BEANNNNNNS" while being arrested. Just make it so sound can't go in or out, except if you in the observation rooms

Why should this be added?:
- this will let police be able to interrogate properly

What negatives could this have?:
-none

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Being interrupted during an interrogation

Probably not available with gmod audio as rxsm stated, but also ruins it a bit in pd raids as you can talk how much you want in the room following your suggestion. I also wouldnt want a new pd layout, its fine as it is. 1-
