Make the 'Rules' and the 'Laws' stored locally on the server.

As we have seen while being DDoSed, users cannot load the Rules or the Laws tab, I have a very simple solution to that :


Save the Rules and the Laws as an .html file and just put it locally on the server, and via the F1 menu just load it that way ? Isn't that more efficient in case perpheads.com goes down ? Just a thought.

Yes, this is true and it is a nice idea. But the recent DDOS attacks were extremely rare and I don't think they gonna happen again.

I have just the rules/laws here, if you want it implemented on the website or such please make another suggestion with a discussion post.
