Topic: Police Riot shield
Short explanation (in notes):
- Adds a New item to the server
- Used for Riots instead of lethal nightstick or pistol to threaten them to stop
- Item would be used by normal police officers in case of riot
- Max 1-3 riot shields
- Not bullet proof
Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
This item (riot shield) would appear on the back of the officer when stored away, this item will stun and force the suspect on the ground after 2-5 or even more hits, to prevent it being OP in riots. This item should be added to the server as officers use nightsticks or even pistols to stop people from rioting and the officers are easily overmanned if there are about 10 - 25 people rioting. This item would need the Lieutenant/Sergeant's permission in order to be used (fits nicely with whitelisted police as it prevents n00Bs from randomly equipping it and punching people in the face causing trouble on the server (1.4|2.1|4.1 in server rules section) The LT or ST (SergeanT) Will need to designate who is going to carry riot shields and who are going to support the riot shield carriers

- Have the PLPD logo on it
