Brief description of idea: make it so Sergeants and above can see lisence plates of vehicles on the police computer when they search someones name up. At the moment, I think its restricted to LT+. Then make it, when someone is warranted, any officer can see what lisence plates they have.
What benefits would this idea have for the department: can catch criminals easier by seeing lisence plates.
What potential negatives could this have for the department: none
