Map should be ready by the weekend, we will most likely switch tomorrow( Today but I have not slept yet ) or Saturday if everything goes according to plan, and we don't meet any big surprises.
Bank robberies will most likely not be implemented in the first go at least, we were not really sure how we would do this without huge amounts of effort. We could probably, as mentioned above, place a safe in the corner or something similar to that.
Ambient noise has been removed (At least some of it), so it should not sound like a war going on in the background anymore. Moving the hospital or restructuring the bank would require quite a few changes around the city. I could look into doing it for the next rotation if people supported it, but not for this period.
Getting from district to district is quite difficult without a car, but hopefully this will make the taxi job more attractive as you mentioned.
I'm sorry but you seriously expect us to play any other map than d1_trainstation_01?
d1_trainstation_01 is by far one of the BEST maps created and centred purely around seriousrp. from the general atmosphere and sounds to the resources available for the players to use such as the CLASSIC turnstiles, suitcases laying about the place, checkpoints, interrogation rooms, etc etc. there is absolutely NO WAY we can accept anything OTHER than d1_trainstation_01.
i personally do not believe that any of the older members will come back unless we add this map to the list of map rotations. there's nothing more satisfying and nostalgic than passing through those fucking godly turnstiles that our lord and saviour gabe newell has graced us with since 2005. that 20-pronged piece of pure euphoria is the only thing that can save this server from total and absolute death and the only thing that's going to save Fredy from bankruptcy.
