Marston & Daymon Industries was founded year 2002 in EvoCity when they both quit working at MTL and instead of working there investing in the company, later on in late 2004, 1st December to be exact Charles Marston and John Daymon decided to buy the whole company instead of having investments in the company. In the first three and a half years Marston & Daymon had made profit, four times more than what they bought the company for to be exact that would be 12,000,000$ in 2008 during the oil crisis Marston & Daymon Industries started loosing money as their only owned company MTL had a hard time shipping oil across the U.S.
Year 2010 Charles and John realised that they had to expand and could no longer live of only one company so they both set their ways off to Paralake.
In Paralake Marston & Daymon decided to purchase Paralake Roadcrew

In 2013 Marston decided to head back to EvoCity and keep on holding the business there where they currently own MTL, EvoCity Taxi and EvoCity Roadcrew Service.
