Main Idea:
Adding Masks (Ski Masks/Bandannas) as a equippable item. Also to cover your identity (Facial recognition) during a mug etc.
Full description of the idea:
Adding Ski mask and bandannas to the server to cover your face during a mug/raid. This would be a craft able item in the mixtures menu, its materials would be cloth and glue. You could keep in your Q wheel and if you want to put in on there's a three-second equip time. Once on if seen in public by a Officer they could either arrest you for conspiracy or give you a small fine.
Why should it be added?:
Adds RP, I mean the majority of people who would rob someone in real life 9/10 times have a mask on. Lots of times if you mug someone from a bigger org they remember your face and come back and get you, if you had a mask maybe there's a chance they wouldn't remember your face who you were. (This doesn't mean you could get away with all muggings, they could still remember your car, clothing and voice).
The bandannas would be cool for gangster RP too.
Pros:
Easier to lack Identification
Adds Realism
Halloween RP (When the time is right)
Cons:
A high population of people at Bazaar wearing them. (That's a joke BTW, I can't really think of any.)

Liable to a $2000 Fine.
