Description of the idea: Mayor can adjust the Cost of any hospital services [stopping bleeding fixing leg's]
prices range from 0 to fucking insane [2,500 to fix your health and 3,000 to fix leg's]
Why should this be added? (pros): gives mayor the option to adjust more of the living costs in perp
would also give them a incentive to jack up medical prices to make money for the city [just like the current US goverment yay!!
