Mayors F3 System

As many of you know right now mayor can adjust taxes over time which was a good step in reducing the ease of a mayor lowering taxes for a friend to quickly buy an item or car then raising back up, however even this system has some flaws.

So I am asking the community if we should change it so that the mayor must talk to one of the NPCs at the front desk in order to adjust taxes and/or salaries, instead of being able to do remotely from wherever they choose.

Feel free to discuss this before casting any vote, if you need it explained any further I would be happy to, but I just believe that if they mayor is going to adjust taxes, it should be from the city hall which both exposes them publicly and gives SS a good way to feel like they are actually a security force not just an escort.

He should only be able to change things in his office at some sort of PC or Terminal.

Both taxes and Salaries all the way, 10/10. I'm sick of seeing the Mayor and his whole secret service team sat in some dingy hole in the forest under the highway at 50% taxes. Implementing this would discourage this kind of behaviour.

Taxes and salaries too, and should be done at a PC or some sort of terminal at his office as manner pointed out. Adds realism and an actual function for the office rather than it being a wasted empty space.

Great idea but if this I would only like to see this if the taxes where fixed so that they no longer reset to 0 (I think every hour and a half).
