Main Idea: Add Megaphones

Full description of the idea:
Basically just add megaphones for police on foot + inside the vehicle
it should have 2 types of megaphone:

• Talking megaphone that could sound like that and perhabs could be activated by a button "M" + must be equipped outside, while talking, it could work like when you mute radio, it'll be toggled till you toggle it off
  
• Chat megaphones - This one should work like /desc but very far ex.: [PLPD MEGAPHONE] STEP OUT OF THE VEHICLE WITH YOUR HANDS UP, NICE AND EASY [PLPD MEGEPHONE]

Megaphone could helpout in situations, where police surrounds a building and tries to make suspects inside surrender, help out in hostage situations, during the pursuit or just in a casual protest.

Distance: Megaphone should be heard on distance from suburbs house 1 to suburbs house 4
Vehicles that have megaphone could be for example Dodge charger 2012, LT's BMW and Cadillace escalade

While talking to megaphone, your voice is louder than any other's, so there's no chance of anyone talking in local be louder than you

Why should it be added?: I believe it may helpout in many situations and may be amazing and unusual

Pros:

• Can help out in many RP situations
• Extend police equipment

Cons:

• Incorrect usage

If we can use it from inside the police car will be in some situations usefull also. In my opinion.
