Server Suggestion Merge Medical and Firefighters

Suggestion Title: Merge Medical and Firefighters
Suggestion Description: So the way i see it the firefighter job is not used as much and fires happen everyday from Meth, random events, car bombs and Molotov's. My suggestion is the merge firefighter and medical together so it can be more useful.

Have it like the PD, Officers can gear up in TFU Gear. Medical can gear up in firefighter gear and they will have the firefighter loadout and vehicles.

Why should this be added?:
- Making firefighters active
- A new change is always nice
- Gets rid of no firefighters ever being on
- No need to quit jobs to become a firefighter, a medic can switch easly.

What negatives could this have?:
- None as of now

This has been suggested quite a few times, and I believe its been denied most of the times if not every time. Though @Dank is currently working on a more in-depth medic/firefighter system, not to combine them. But to give them more 'abilities' they will include ranks. I am not 100% on what will be added, but I do know that something is in the works.
