First of all what you're doing atm is a ban appeal and this does not look like one, it looks like a ban request. Aswell to add, please fix the template.

Anyhow, to start off, you haven't actually put your IC name, nor Michael's Steam Name. You should also find his steam ID, as it is completely necessary.
I'll take a look at the footage when I can, and see if I'll +/-support this request.

EDIT: Could you please provide the time where the incident is? I am not interested in looking at 2 hours and 16 minutes of footage.
