Suggestion Title: Mini Cooper Price
Suggestion Description: The mini cooper 1965 currently costs 1k, and to fully fill the vehicle you'll need around 2k, which is more than the car itself, even with taxes. People can just sell the car and buy it back, being cheaper this way.

I suggest raising it's price to around 5k so it's better balanced.
New players coming in will have enough to pay for it from the tutorial missions.

Why should this be added?:
- Being way cheaper to sell the mini cooper and purchase it back than to pay for gas;
- Balancing the vehicle itself;

What negatives could this have?:
- Could be too expensive, however the new coming people make money from the tutorial missions.

What problem would this suggestion solve?: Selling and buying back the mini cooper being way cheaper than to put some gas in it.

if u resell the mini cooper to save on gas then u need to get ur money up all due respect

" Being way cheaper to sell the mini cooper and purchase it back than to pay for gas" nobody does this and even if they do that takes more time than making the money for gass who cares.

"Balancing the vehicle itself" it is the slowest vehicle why would it being balanced mean an increase in cost
