Missing textures

I have recently bought a new pc, i istalled gmod added css content added the workshop collection and when i join the server all the player models are pink/black,
The cars white and show no text like police cars i have a fire extinguisher and thats pink aswell, please help i realy ant to play but cant like this!

Download the mega content pack/map pack and drag them in your addon file for gmod easy

Make sure all the workshop addons are subscribed to and make sure you have hl2 ep1 and ep2 content?
Not sure if they're used but I have them and I don't have missing textures soo....

trust me download both packs it will install all the error textures it works
