Why Should This Player Be Punished: Both broke 5.4 by mugging a gov employee.

Other information: As you can see he was clearly new and gave the majority of my items back when told in looc that it was against the rules, but some late night minge muggers came in before he could give it all back and he left the server straight after with my 20k and precious fuel can so as reluctant as I am to do it I'm posting this AR so I can get the items refunded.

User mugged a government employee which is clearly a breakage of rule 5.2. Not only did he do that, but he also tried to stall the RP stating that he "doesn't know how to drop items" when he clearly does. This is a breakage of 3.4, as he did not comply under gunpoint and decided to lie using an OOC reason to avoid it. He is also new, and doesn't seem to know much of the rules. I advice that (if he is seeing this) he reads the server rules as he clearly doesn't know them. Sweatervest. "I'm special". Tommy: "We can tell". Lmao
