Suggestion Title: Mugging People for items you cant take
Suggestion Description: I've noticed some people forget that taking planters, workbenches, etc. is against the rules so wouldn't it be great if you made an update so you couldn't take it from the person you're mugging?

Why should this be added?:
- cuz it sucks to be banned or get a warning for this

What negatives could this have?:
- non i think

They can't take the 'non-muggable' items off you if you are ziptied.

You can simply refuse to drop the items that is not muggable if you are being mugged under gunpoint without any zipties.
