When i put a radio on it sounds really weird to me. If i turn left i hear it in my Right Ear when i turn right i hear it in my left ear. Does this problem has to do with 7.1 Surround sound?

This is intentional (or not) if your perspective is in first person mode and look to the left or right, go into thirdperson for Stereo.
