Firstly hi noobs, I'm back so deal with it :booty:

Secondly, our well established elderly community will remember around 2 years ago I was to be in a Louis Theroux Documentary and had film crews round my house etc (original post here https://perpheads.com/threads/im-to-be-part-of-a-bbc-louis-theroux-documentary.26314/ ). However, I choose not to have the final footage aired and never really shared it with anyone.

That's now changed, I've uploaded it to YouTube, however the frame rate is a bit choppy it is still watchable.

damn, you got to meet the legend himself and he was in your room!! wtf dude im so jell..

ever heard of Complan? its packed protein and vitamins, you should try and get it in before your meals if you have any that day, I found it alot easier to get liquid down rather than hard food.

honestly, you look good brother regardless, hope you the best with the journey. @Duffy
