My false ban

I've been recently banned from your guy's server for "cheating" but it was a false ban I've made an appeal and a mod did reply to it and asked for the demo files, I sent the files over 3-2 days ago and I haven't heard since, and at the time of when the files were sent the admin that was "handling the situation" was active but didnt reply , I'm just trying to get unbanned cause I didn't do anything wrong and this feels really unfair. I would like a different mod to take care of this situation if possible.
