You don't give out your email to sites you're only going to use once, just have a separate email account for spam/junk, one you wouldn't really be afraid of losing.

I haven't registered to anything at the time i started getting these but yeah. my current gmail account ill just leave to rot and ill forward everything until i changed the important emails to my new one

Use a new e-mail and only sign up on websites that you trust or else use a throwaway account, also be sure to send all spam/scam e-mails to [email protected] so some AI can waste their time.

tbh the only spam emails I get are from shit like change.org and a bunch of other nuisance websites that a lot of the time, my mum signs me up for because she's a bit dense.
