Why Should This Player Be Punished:
All four players participated in the mugging of a sweater vest and eventually killing him in a fairly public area because he gave away they were raiding, which I believe to be breaking 2.5. Jamie and Jacob iniatiated the mugging by pulling out weapons and gunpointing him, in which the uploader killed him, breaking 2.5, and after staying at the place of death for what seemed like quite a while, Testa eventually finished off the unconscious sweatervest.
