Main idea: Add a new chat action since we have /desc /me
Description: Add a new chat action as we currently have /me and /desc however I see them to be used in a different way i.e.
/Me describes an action
/Desc describes an item/object
*Introducing* /it to describe surroundings or if an action has taken place such as "Blue badge is on windscreen" or "Gun has been fired"
May be dumb to some but ah well.
Pros:
Adds another line of context within actions
Not too hard to implement
Can cover a larger radius than a /desc or /me
Cons:
People will use it for wierd reasons such as /it dildo is on the floor (@Slayerduck)
