New Cpu

Hey,

I am thinking of upgrading my cpu because my cpu that i have is a very old i7 2600.
It still is good for games etc, however i would like to upgrade.
This means i am probaly going to need a new motherboard but that won't be an issue.
What CPU would you recommend for the following specs:
I7 2600 (that is going to get replaced ofc)
MSI GTX 970
24 GB ram

Willing to spend around 350 euros and i prefer an intel processor.

Kinda lazy to write all the brands fully because im lazy.
Hopefully new cpu fixes my lag spikes yes yes?

Is the 350 euros for the CPU itself or all parts needed like motherboard, ram and cpu?

Decided to upgrade to a I5 8600K after a lot of research and realizing that getting the i7 7700k is not worth it compared to the I5 8600K in my opinion. And for my needs the I5 8600K is perfectly fine
