New RAM and graphics card

Greetings PH community

Well, today I checked through my current PC specs and saw that my RAM and my graphics card are older than the homo habilis so I want to buy a new RAM and a new graphics card. Sadly I dont know what I should buy. I dont want to pay more than 300€ for both together. If you can recommend anything I would appreciate it

Current RAM:4GB (dont know the make/model)
Current Graphics card: NVIDIA GeForce GTX 650
