Short explanation (in notes):
- Add a new rating 'Neutral' for posts


Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
It would be easier to click 'Neutral' when if you don't agree or disagree with a post, especially if you don't have time to type out a reply. I think this would make the forums flow a lot more and also reduce clutter and short posts

I may catch some flak and ridicule for this, but I think we should add a new rating, for people who feel neutral or in two minds, like a middle ground for Agree and Disagree.

A number of times I wished I could put a rating which is neither Disagree or Agree. It could simply be called 'Neutral'

I think a neutral rating would be as easy as not rating the post at all?

Yes, I was going to mention this but I thought it would be an alternative as to show that you are not ignoring the post and would help to make a rating 'tally' easier

As Blitz and Tyla, has already said, don't rate. Sure, you can rate what you think easier, but it feels like it wouldn't really be that useful.
