Why Should This Player Be Punished: 3.20 and 3.24
We pulled over this user to confiscate his firearm for illegaly transporting it. After we tried taking him to the PD he disconnected in our vehicle. Literally 10 seconds later he reconnects. Then tries to explain in-characther that it was his ''internet''. But as soon as he reconnected he tried hiding in the city hall but we managed to catch him.
If he actually did time out, he would've informed us in OOC so we could continue the situation however, he decided to not do this and run into the city hall to hide from us in order to preserve his items.

Us pulling him over and bringing him to the PD and him disconnecting.
