- When at full health, and not bleeding, you can't bandage yourself, or use a stimpack.

Detailed description (why should it become added/...):
This should be added as I have bandaged myself by accident a couple of times lately, because I clicked the wrong item in my inventory, leading to a wasted bandage, plus an awkward moment. IRL, you wouldn't bandage yourself when you aren't hurt at all, and if you did, it would still be usable.

I wasted around 100 bandages on my first times because i didnt know only one bandage was enough to stop bleeding.

But now, still keep wasting my health vials and bandages while trying to eat food, drink coffee and mostly while trying to equip my binoculars on.
