No Radio sound

Hi

I cant hear any radio sound but i can hear the tv sound and everytime i log on it says something about
music stream error and I have a friend that can hear the radio and not the tv but i can hear the radio sometimes
but most of the time i cant plz if anyone can help me i will be greatful thanks

yes i have done that and it still dont work

It happends also to me, but just some times, and not with all the radio's channels. my solution is "f***k off the radio, silence is better"
