bought vip and it hasnt come through tried relogging quite a few times

i think you might be right i put in my old steam account that i cant even log on to lol how do i go about changing it who do i speak to?

I think best bet is to contact some of the Developers/Owners, someone with access to check the paypal to confirm the purchase, and confirm that the steamID is wrong.
