Suggestion Title: Non-Emergency Medical Vehicle
Suggestion Description: The addition of a non-emergency medical vehicle (Maybe one that has orange lightbar) for the purpose of dealing with body cleanup calls when they are for "non-emergency" scenarios in order to keep the city clean, allowing those who wish to keep up with the adrenaline and hype of running from call to call fit and ready whilst the "body van" would simply be for these body cleanup calls.

The vehicle could be based off of (or simply be) a 1983 GMC Vandura 1500 (https://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=538231570) with blacked out windows at the rear and orange safety lights since theres a lot of times bodies have to get picked up off of dangerous areas.

This should ideally come with another callsign just to denote the difference in responsibility for dispatch purposes if any body calls come in such as "Echo-Victor" or something like that.

A coroner suggestion has been made before and denied, however that was for a job specific, rather than simply a vehicle which doesn't require planning a new job, playermodel, design, ranks, pay structure etc

Edit: I want to add this would not strip the box ambulance from doing these calls, but be an extra set for that specific purpose if people enjoy that angle

Why should this be added?:
-  The allowance of a non-emergency feature that would assist the medical department in high times of stress and constant assignments, allowing someone who doesn't enjoy the constant adrenaline rush to instead be able to focus on body cleanup freeing up all the ambulances and other emergency vehicles to respond to incidents rather than getting stuck with bodies that are piling up and being unable to respond to other incidents before closing that one out

- A unique duty that may seem boring to most, however just like the Police transport van or the MTL for firefighters (im purposely ignoring the fact they have emergency uses) are seen as "not as fun" yet there will always be someone who enjoys doing this for the benefit of others.

- My limited information on the back end of gmod, however if there is a dedicated person cleaning up bodies and going around the map, this should in theory reduce the entity count on the server as bodies slowly get removed (im aware the server has an auto purge feature, however before that timer is reached)

What negatives could this have?:
- I can only think that this may breed a mentality with box ambulances in quieter duties to decide "im not doing this, I will leave this for someone who gets the body van out" (though I do think since money is a factor its unlikely for quieter periods)

- May be seen as a "waste of time" for the amount of use it will receive as this is a change that might please about 5% of the medical playerbase

What problem would this suggestion solve?: During peak times with constant death, medics find themselves torn between responding to the new call or finishing up the call they are on, this will provide them respite from having to worry if a player who is doing these body cleanup calls, then 2 people end up with satisfaction which being one person being able to do non adrenaline work as a medic and give the other medics who love that adrenaline the ability to keep responding, saving lives rather than weighing up the choices.
